Executive Vice President of Asset Management, Frank Dascenzo works closely with the management and leasing team to provide oversight of business plans, budgets, forecasts, leases and financial analysis. In addition, Mr. Dascenzo provides pre-acquisition input and assistance in the due diligence process; including review of financial as well as operational assumptions. Frank also participates with business development and client relations. Throughout his 27 year career in the real estate industry, Mr. Dascenzo has focused on retail management and leasing. Frank has an established track record of increasing asset values and responding aggressively to varying market conditions.
Prior to joining Select Strategies Realty, Frank was Vice President of the Central Region for Kimco Realty Corporation, directly responsible for over 50 assets comprised of 6.5 million square feet with total annual revenue of over $50 million and an operating budget exceeding $15 million. He directed all property based functions including: leasing, development, property management, construction and lease administration.
Mr. Dascenzo began his career at The Cafaro Company where he spent 13 years in varied management and real estate capacities where he managed a 3.5 million square foot real estate portfolio including malls power and strip centers.
Mr. Dascenzo is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Youngstown State University.
