Born in New York and raised in his family's restaurant business in Manhattan, Frank was able to work with his father in the hospitality industry. From this experience, Frank notes that his father instilled in him “a very strong work ethic as well as the value of customer loyalty, strong integrity, a commitment to the task at hand, and respect for others' money.”
After graduating from NYU, he carried these core values through life and work career in the Walforf-Astoria Hotel, at the Boca Raton Resort and Club, as General Manager of the Seagate Beach Club in Delray Beach, and a Consultant at The Delray Beach Club and Pine Tree Golf Club.
