Frank Orrell is a 12-year commercial real estate veteran based in NAI Northern California's San Francisco office. He has advised on large-scale developments and acquisitions across multifamily, mixed-use, and hospitality assets totaling over $120M in deal volume. Having been on both the ownership and brokerage side of the business, Frank is able to add value to his clients by advising from both a buyer's and seller's perspective.
Prior to joining NAI Northern California, Frank served as Vice President of Capbridge West LLC, where he managed the development of residential and hospitality projects in Hawaii and California totaling over $750M in total deal volume. He graduated from The University of Arizona with a Bachelor’s of Science in Regional Development and Business Administration.
