A founding partner of Alliance Real Estate Corp. (“Alliance”) established in 2009, Frank has been involved in the industrial commercial real estate field for nearly 25 years. As a partner he has helped establish Alliance as one of the top independent brokerage firms on Long Island. Prior to the formation of Alliance Frank worked as an Associate Broker for AIRECO Real Estate, a Long Island commercial brokerage firm from 2004 through 2008. Frank was among the top five producers in the firm years 2006 and 2007. He has successfully represented many companies throughout his career and has an outstanding reputation in both the business and brokerage communities Before entering the commercial real estate brokerage field Frank was the Property Manager for Leonard Racanelli Realty Corp. In addition, he has an extensive background in real estate development, construction, and management
