Frank Weiskopf brings experience, innovation and a strong work ethic to each assignment. His specialty is the commercial and industrial real estate market in East Tennessee. He believes that all real estate is LOCAL and each client needs information to make sound real estate and investment decisions.
Frank has negotiated leases for hundreds of clients, located building sites, brokered land and property sales, developed commercial property, and managed commercial real property.
In 2006 he earned the Top Commercial Agent Award from Realty Executive Associates. In 1996, he received the CCIM designation from the CIRE National Board of Realtors. This designation is evidence of his ability to handle investment real estate. Currenty he serves as the Chair of the Knoxville Area Association of Realtors Commercial Information Exchange Committee and remains active in the Knoxville Area Board of Realtors. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Knoxville Area Better Business Bureau.
Frank obtained his Real Estate License in 1982, then his Brokers License in 1992. He is a graduate of the University of Missouri and a Licensed Professional Engineer in Tennessee (Inactive).
