Franz is an experienced real estate development professional who has acted as managing partner and legal counsel for NP Limited Partnership, the developer of Polaris Centers of Commerce in Columbus, Ohio. Polaris is the largest mixed-use development in central Ohio that is about 32 years old with businesses such as JP Morgan Chase, Bank of America, Mettler-Toledo, Microsoft, Veeam and McGraw Hill located there. Franz has been intimately involved in many of the foregoing deals. Franz has experience in all aspects of complex real estate, including asset acquisition, zonings, property management, construction management, dispositions, leasing, environmental issues, public-private partnerships and negotiation.
