As a native of the Tampa and St Petersburg area I have lived and breathed Tampa real estate ever since I was a child. As a kid growing up in the Tampa Bay area my father was a real estate developer and was always showing me and pointing out Tampa homes for sale that he had helped to build and with the assistance of Tampa realtors sold thousands of Tampa condos and millions of dollars in Tampa Florida real estate. When I grew up and saw what other Tampa Florida real estate agents were doing and how much fun it could be to help clients find out about Clearwater real estate and Tampa homes I jumped at the chance to be involved in a great industry. The real estate business has proven to be diverse for me and I have performed a little bit of every kind of transaction from Largo homes to St Petersburg Beach luxury homes. I have been a St Petersburg real estate agent since 2002 but I have been involved in Tampa Bay real estate in one fashion or another my entire life. To me Tampa area real estate is the best way I can think of to earn a living whether I am helping a client to look at St Petersburg condos or Clearwater FL real estate the best feeling is making a client happy and hopefully making a new friend in the process. I have helped clients look for St Pete Beach condos and worked with many of the best St Pete Beach realtors in trying to locate St Pete Beach waterfront properties for my clients. I am also capable of assisting clients with South Tampa waterfront condos or Saint Petersburg homes for sale which is my primary specialty in the larger market of Tampa Bay luxury real estate.
