As a Principal with Avison Young, Fred specializes in the representation of office building landlords in lease and office building sales transactions.
Fred is the leader of Avison Young's suburban Chicago Agency Leasing Team. Prior to joining Avison Young, he was an Executive Vice President at Transwestern, a Senior Vice President for CB Richard Ellis, a senior managing director at Insignia/ESG, and a tenant representative broker at Studley. At each firm, he was annually ranked among the Midwest’s top leasing professionals.
A 29-year veteran of the industry, Fred has been responsible for directing the leasing of 30 million square feet of office space in the Chicago suburbs. He has also provided market analysis for more than 4 million square feet of sales transactions. His transaction and marketing expertise allows him to enhance value for property owners while providing superior leasing services, negotiating prowess, creative marketing, strategic positioning and superior market analysis.
Fred is one of the Midwest’s foremost experts in the leasing and positioning of office properties.
