Fred Kermani, CCIM, AIA is a distinguished real estate broker and architect, holding licenses in both Florida and California. With over four decades of professional experience, Fred has served as a partner of CRE Consultants since January 2002. One of Fred’s key strengths is his ability to offer a unique service to his clients that draws on his extensive experience in design, planning, and real estate, both domestically and abroad. With a multi-disciplinary background, Fred is well-equipped to provide clients with a full range of services that save them both time and money. Through comprehensive studies and analysis, Fred helps clients make informed decisions on alternative investments and development opportunities, as well as exploring the best use of their properties. With over four decades of experience practicing real estate in the United States, Fred has also played an active role in planning and architecture overseas and in the U.S. since 1967. He was instrumental in developing several major city master plans and transport networks earlier in his career. Fred’s expertise extends to the realm of residential and commercial development in Naples, where he has participated in numerous projects. He has also been involved in a plethora of significant commercial real estate transactions, including vacant land and investment properties in Southwest Florida.
