Fred C. Merrill focuses on the leasing and sale of both retail and office properties. He is experienced with lease and purchase negotiations, construction management and investor relations. Fred also represents medical and retail tenants in the Kansas City metro area.
Mr. Merrill’s strengths include his ability to develop relationships, a steadfast work ethic, and his integrity. Through his project management experience with Merrill Companies, Fred has gained a thorough knowledge of the commercial real estate business and has cultivated a large network of resources in Kansas City and the surrounding markets.
Fred began his commercial real estate career in 2003 with Merrill Companies. He graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Social Science with minors in Business and Economics.
He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is in the process of obtaining his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
Fred is also active in several civic organizations such as the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and has served as Chairman of the Ethics in Business Council. He is a licensed Real Estate Agent in Kansas.
