In 2010, Fred Nabati joined forces with Michael Davoodpour and created Trimax Realty & Loan. The partnership initiated by combining each other’s strengths so that there would be no weakness amongst them, which in turn would yield clients with a bigger smile and smoother transaction. Their honesty, determination, motivation, and overall knowledge of the real estate and loan markets, legal aspects of purchase contracts, negotiation, and communication help their client’s needs. One key factor to their high success has been personalized client services that involve constant communication via any communication source their client desires. Fred and Michael have designed a custom administration system to setup their business to be GREEN.
