Fred Trump is an Executive Director at Cushman & Wakefield, specializing in office leasing and tenant representation. A third-generation member of a prominent New York real estate family, he holds more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience and a background in asset management, landlord representation and tenant representation. A 12-year veteran of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, I spearheaded the company’s Downtown Manhattan office for several years, where his client roster included Hachette Book Group, HFMUS, Klingenstein Fields Wealth Advisors and AXA, for which he completed a headquarters transaction in New York. He began his real estate career at the Edward S. Gordon Company as a commercial broker. Later, he held roles at First Winthrop Corp. and the Shorenstein Company, where he represented major owners including JPMorgan Chase, MetLife, Solow Development Corporation and The Bank of Nova Scotia. He then joined Insignia/ESG, focusing on asset management and the development and implementation of financial plans for commercial property owners throughout Manhattan. Following CBRE’s acquisition of Insignia/ESG, He managed the firm’s Long Island and Queens offices, overseeing all brokerage operations. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Lehigh University.
