Patrick provides 22 years of real estate sales & development experience in Houston, Memphis and Germantown Tennessee markets. Along with 18 years of Senior Sales and Marketing experience representing Hitachi Data Systems, Storage Tek and Memorex in the IBM mainframe and plug-compatible peripheral industry. His
background in sales, marketing, negotiating and customer support with Fortune 500 petroleum (domestic & international), seismic, bank service, geophysical contractors,
insurance, air express and utility clients provides a unique skill set to real estate clients. As an associate of Baron Development in Germantown Tennessee he was active in the development of The Executive Centre, a 100,000 SF office condo project. As President of Westside Montessori he was responsible for raising $60,000 in equity for the site selection and purchase of a 2.8 acre tract of land in West Houston for the construction of a 7,500 SF private school. He joined Marcus & Millichap in 2000 as a broker specializing in investment office properties and he increased Marcus & Millichaps’ presence in the FM 1960, 290, and West Houston submarkets. He was the principle broker of ROI Properties LLC from 2003 to 2008 and specialized in the listing and sales of medical office developments, and has been actively involved in the development of “destination client” office buildings in the 2,000 to 10,000 square foot range. These properties are specifically for the owneruser market. Pat holds a BBA in Marketing from the University of Mississippi, class of 1974. Elementary Sports Commissioner, Varsity Football Director, Field Director, Sports Field Development/ Expansion Committee and an active baseball and football
Coach since 1997. His 2006 Hamilton Lions JV won the CFSA Super Bowl with a 13-0 record. Pat and his wife, Melissa, make their home in Cypress, Texas. They are parents of two sons, Logan, 17, and Reid Kelly, 12.
