Gabriel is a real estate expert with over 27 years of combined real estate brokerage, construction, development, valuation, appraising, and consultation experience. Gabriel has been a part of every aspect of commercial real estate including tenant and landlord representation, acquisitions, and disposition of all classes of industrial and office properties. He knows how to conduct market research, location consultation, site analysis, site inspection, vacant land development, investment sales, marketing, and property development. Gabriel has established himself as a top commercial real estate professional in South Florida. He is responsible for some of the largest leases and sales in the area and has been an SIOR member since 2008. Currently, as director of industrial brokerage services, Gabriel represents landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers in consultation, expert witness, and project manager.

Community Service
In 1992 he founded the FIU Food Runners, grass-roots, student-managed endeavor dedicated to the assistance and fair treatment of the homeless population in Miami. The project was recognized and supported by former US Representative the Honorable Carrie Meeks and mentored by Professor Robert H. Hogner, PhD of the Management and International Business Department in the School of Business Administration at FIU.
