Gardner began her career in commercial real estate in 2006. She now uses her almost two-decades of experience as part of the Davis Moore Corporate Advisory Services team, concentrating on real estate strategy for tenants with an emphasis on technology, life science and headquarters users. Gardner’s work includes transactions for clients such as Citrix, Copernicus Group IRB, Brooks Bell, Phononic Devices, Burt’s Bees, Northwestern Mutual, Pendo and many others. Gardner lives in Raleigh with her husband Duncan and their three children Charlie, Louisa and Yates.
