Ridge Realty was founded by Garrett Asher, Sr. in 1954. Initially the company was formed as a residential Real Estate and development company. Ridge Realty expanded with a Commercial Division which became the area leader in Commercial, Industrial, Land and Real Estate Development Company in the area.
In 1980 the commercial division was founded. The second generation of ownership continues with Garrett Asher, Jr. and Ron Asher, both licensed Brokers, who own and manage the company.
