Garrett Carlson joined Stream in 2015 and is a Vice President on the San Antonio Transaction Specialist group. Garrett’s primary role is to execute transactions through both leasing and tenant representation.
Prior to Stream, Garrett worked for Retail Solutions as an Associate where he focused on project leasing as well as researched for both local and national markets seeking future opportunities. In addition, Garrett worked for Avnet, Inc. for 4 years where he managed sales to an established account base including one of the largest technology resellers in the United States.
