Garrett Noiles is a Principal with Avison Young, and a member of the Tenant Advisory and Occupier Solutions Affinity Groups. He and his team are focused on representing office tenants in Downtown Toronto.
Garrett has more than seven years of experience in tenant and landlord representation and has advised several of the most recognized organizations in Toronto. In connection with these assignments, he has coordinated all matters of needs analysis, strategy formulation, site selection, financial evaluation, and offer and lease negotiations.
Garrett is adept at understanding his client’s unique needs, leveraging his strong relationships within the brokerage community and employing an intimate knowledge of the market to deliver successful outcomes for his clients.
Prior to joining Avison Young, Garrett was a top emerging broker at a global commercial real estate company and was named the firm’s “Emerging Broker of the Year” for Canada in 2016. Garrett was also an award recipient at the NAIOP Greater Toronto Real Estate Excellence (REX) Awards in 2016.
Garrett is a member of the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB), Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA) and Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA).
Garrett studied at Brown University and graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University in 2013.
