My wife Antonia and I with our two little dogs Bentley and Babs live full time in Lido Beach and work as members of The Armstrong Team of Century 21 American Homes. Our families reside in Oceanside and Bellmore, so we have a major family presence here on the South Shore. We have been successful service business owners in the past and upon selling our company, we decided to be in Real estate full time. Its a passion and labor of love, as I fully enjoy helping people and love the art of negotiation, as well as seeing the beauty of each property and how to make it come alive! I have a commercial real estate background as an operations manager with experience negotiating over 50 leases in my career. The Armstrong team will be known for its creative marketing campaigns, negotiation skills and superior customer service. The Team's collective finger is on the pulse of the South Shore's fluid Real Estate market, meaning the counsel that we provide our clients- whether they are sellers, buyers renters or investors- is given in "real-time" and not based on stale facts. The Team crafts their work so that each piece, whether it's an invitation, a marketing mailer or a floor plan, reflects the essence of the client's home or Business.
