A seasoned real estate professional with more than 30 years experience with first class firms in our industry, including tenure at CBRE, Grubb & Ellis and Arden Realty. Gary brings a broad spectrum of expertise, market knowledge and attention to detail to assist his clients through all aspects of commercial real estate ownership, acquisition, disposition, leasing and management activities always focused on adding value for his clients.
He has worked in both corporate and entrepreneurial settings managing real estate portfolios and teams of real estate professionals, analyzing financial performance and executing redevelopment, revitalization and "lease-up" strategies in urban and suburban markets throughout the LA North region in addition to handling specific assignments for private clients.
