Gary Cuadros joined Newmark’s Washington, DC, office in 2011 as an associate. He specializes in tenant brokerage, research, analysis and lease negotiation in the Washington metropolitan area. Prior to joining Newmark, Mr. Cuadros worked as a research associate at CoStar Group’s Washington headquarters. He was responsible for researching properties, vacancy rates, absorption, lease comparables, sales comparables and compiling data for quarterly market reports.
