GARY B. DRIEDGER, Vice President of Associated Capital Consultants, Inc. has been involved in many aspects of the real estate field since 1970. He was involved in land development and residential construction in Santa Cruz County for a period of five years. He handled the acquisition and subdivision of unimproved land as well as the development and sale of single family homes. Mr. Driedger also taught for a period of ten years in the San Jose Union School District where he was the chairman of the Science Department for Dartmouth Junior High School. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biological Science as well as a California teaching Credential from San Jose State University. Mr. Driedger currently holds a California Real Estate License, a California General Contractor's License and is an Associate Financial Planner.
