Bio
H. Gary Gabriel serves as a Vice Chairman of the Metropolitan Area Capital Markets Group in Cushman & Wakefield's East Rutherford, New Jersey office. As one of four partners on a 15-member team, Mr. Gabriel is responsible for managing, underwriting and marketing investment properties for sale in the suburban markets surrounding New York City. His clients include pension fund advisors, REITs and a range of domestic and foreign private investors. Since joining C&W in 1994, Gary has underwritten, marketed and negotiated the sales of over $29 billion of investment real estate, collectively exceeding approximately 260 million square feet. Mr. Gabriel holds an undergraduate degree in finance from George Washington University and attended graduate courses at New York University.
