Gary Gallinger has successfully parlayed his 20-year career in Commercial Real Estate into best serving clients in their real estate transactions. This is accomplished by combining creative marketing solutions with solid negotiating practices, open communication and a client service commitment that begins with uncompromising service and ends with excellent results, mutual satisfaction, referrals and repeat business.
Gary graduated from WSU in 1987, beginning his career just out of school with Greer Patterson & Associates where he worked as a commercial appraiser, gaining invaluable valuation experience. He began leasing Commercial Real Estate with The William Riley & Company in 1991 and continued until he became the Chief Financial Officer and Controller of Commercial Brokerage Services in 1997. He then started his position with The Washington State Investment Board where he served for years as a Real Estate Investment Officer. He managed multiple partnerships, with a variety of ownership structures on behalf of Washington State. Gary started up his own company; Harbor Realty Advisors where he now puts into practice all of his experience and knowledge.
Gary’s business philosophy is simple – he maintains a fiduciary obligation to protect the best interests of his clients throughout their real estate transaction. He also maintains a personalized real estate practice. It's based on one-on-one relationship building. He has surrounded himself with top notch team players that have this uncompromised philosophy which has contributed to his continuing success.
