Gary has been in the commercial real estate industry for 34 years in both Vancouver and Calgary. Most of his career was spent as a landlord's agent but in recent years has changed his focus to representing the interests of tenants. Countless hours spent in the offices of building owners has given him a thorough understanding of the criteria a variety of landlords use when evaluating an offer to lease and an excellent working knowledge of the lease document. Gary uses this experience to put the tenant in control of the negotiation and obtain the best lease terms possible.
