Gary Medina is an accomplished 25 year veteran of the real estate industry
with a combined almost 40 years of experience in servicing clients from both the Mortgage and Real Estate sides of the business. His career began in mortgage in 1997, and has given Gary experience working with industry powerhouses like Bank of America, GMAC, as well as noteworthy local lending institutions as a Loan Officer. Since 2017 Gary has worked with North American Financial as a mortgage lending professional, drawing from his incredible experience across the spectrum to support his clients, and helping to position himself as a uniquely capable ally for their lending needs. Some of the advantages of working with Gary include access to a long list of potential lenders that provide him with Conventional, FHA, VA and what is now known as NON QM loans which help a wide array of non-traditional underwriting parameters as well as closing a high volume of private money loans, and an impeccable track record of getting clients approved even with difficult circumstances.
