Gary T. Peterson, MAI, MBA, President, is an Illinois State Certifiied Real Estate Appraiser. He is a member of the Appraisal Insitute and holds the MAI designation. Mr. Peterson also has a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Nevada and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Augustana College with majors in Business Administration and Psychology. Mr. Peterson has been involved in appraising properties from as large as the Sears Tower to small retail and mixed use properties. He is the past chairman of the External Affairs Committee of the Appraisal Institute. He also actively invests in real estate including multi-family residential units, commercial properties, vacant land and Bed & Breakfast. Mr. Peterson is an avid runner and is the past president of the Evanston Running Club.
