He has been a consistent “Top Five” producer and has been the top producing industrial broker in 1999, 2001, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2010 at Cushman & Wakefield of Oregon. In 1999 Gary received the “SIOR Industrial Transaction of the Year,” the C&W “Deal of the Year” award in 1999, 2001, 2004, 2005, 2009, and 2010, and the C&W “Service Excellence Award” in 2003 for outstanding service as ranked by clients. He has brokered transactions with a combined value in excess of $750 million. A Portland native, he is involved in several professional and community organizations and is an active supporter of local arts organizations.
