Mr. Schwartzman has represented local, regional, national and global companies in the leasing and acquisition of prime retail locations. Acting as the single point of contact he has utilized his market knowledge to identify locations and secure leaseholds across the US. During his he career he has negotiated over 400,000 square feet of retail leasing and sales transactions in Manhattan and other major markets. Mr. Schwartzman was the #1 producing retail broker for Grubb & Ellis nationwide in 2008. In addition he was awarded the 2008 Costar Power Broker, the 2009 Commercial Broker All Star by Real Estate NY magazine and was nominated
three times for the REBNY Retail Deal of the Year. Mr. Schwartzman is also a knowledgeable professional in the sales of retail condominiums, retail co-ops andurban mixed use properties.
