Gary has experience in virtually all property types including office, retail and industrial. He has been engaged exclusively in appraising industrial land, industrial warehouse/distribution facilities, retail centers, and office buildings during his tenure with ARD. Gary has substantial experience appraising parcels for condemnation purposes.Mr. Wade has been employed with the ARD Appraisal Company for the past four years. Mr. Wade matriculated at the University of Colorado at Boulder and he graduated in 2004 with a degree in Environmental Studies and a minor in Geography. He is currently an associate member of the Appraisal Institute where he is actively pursuing the MAI designation. He has successfully completed Appraisal Institute courses required to obtain the MAI designation.
