Gary Williams has spent over thirty years assisting Bay Area owners of income producing real estate with their buying and selling needs. His experience includes the handling of complex transactions involving: apartment complexes, office buildings, retail centers, industrial properties and development land. A number of these assignments have involved tax deferred exchanges and bank owned assets. The properties have been located throughout the Bay area, as well as in other western states, and have ranged in value from $1 million and $14 million.
Given his marketing background, Gary is especially adept at designing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans for difficult to sell properties.
