From 1980 to 1983 Gary was affiliated with Johnson Shelton Commercial Real Estate Service/Merrill Lynch Commercial Real Estate. In 1983 Gary joined the Ontario office of Grubb & Ellis and was a successful broker with that firm until 1992. Gary has marketed over 2,300,000 square feet of commercial and industrial space and marketed and sold 600 acres of industrial and commercial land. In 1993 Gary started, and was a partner in, California Asset Management which became one of the largest commercial real estate management companies in the “Inland Empire” (part of San Bernardino and Riverside Counties, CA). Gary joined DAUM in 2003 as a Vice President.
