Gavin Bender, Jr. is a native Mobilian, and began working in the Commercial Real Estate Business in 2003. Gavin received a B.S. in Finance with a Concentration in Real Estate from the University of Alabama.
He is a member of the Mobile Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Mobile Commercial Exchange Club, the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors-Office Specialist (SIOR) and the Mobile Area Chamber of Commerce.
Gavin focuses on Property Management, Commercial leasing, sales, and development. Gavin is an active volunteer in several Mobile County Sports Programs, and is a member of the Senior Bowl Committee.
