Bio
Gavin joined SVN I Urban Properties as an advisor in the Summer of 2023. He has gained early experience in assisting with marketing properties currently in the Urban Portfolio, and has also branched into buying and leasing of industrial and office buildings.
Before joining Urban, Gavin worked as a Research and Data Analyst for Levelset, a construction software startup. He is originally from Austin, TX and came to New Orleans to attend Tulane, where he graduated with a B.A. in Political Science.
