Gene has been a Realtor and a licensed Broker for over 45 years. During that time, he has worked as an appraiser, expert witness, instructor, mediator, and real estate Broker. He has handled all properties, from industrial and commercial improvements to land and every kind of residential property conceivable. Gene's offices are near the SAM HOUSTON TOLLWAY in the middle of Houston's New Asia Town and the new office in Katy Asia Town. The offices handle properties across Houston, Sugarland, Woodlands, Pearland, Bellaire, and Pasadena. My vast experience in the Asia Town office covers many years and several languages, including Spanish, and most languages spoken in ASIA, including Mandarin, Cantonese, Min Nan, Tagalog, and Vietnamese.
