Gennaro Passaro is new to Meacham/Oppenheimer, Inc., and brings over a year of commercial real estate sales, leasing, property management and marketing experience to the firm emphasizing landlord relations and investment exchanges. He formerly spent ten years as an international environmental consultant for such firms as Hewlett Packard, Europe, Ltd., and Advanced Micro Devices, Inc., specializing in environmental law, auditing, due diligence and risk management in a global arena. He has also managed and leased his own commercial centers within Santa Clara County strategically enriching portfolio properties with national credit tenants. Gennaro holds a B.S. in Environmental Sciences from the University of California Riverside and M.S. (Honors) in Environmental Sciences from Trinity College, University of Dublin.
