Geoff Hanson works with Mr. Tisdale to constantly evaluate the real estate market and determine the best way to maximize the value of Larc’s existing portfolio and deploy capital. Geoff’s primary responsibilities include underwriting, due diligence, and financing of new real estate acquisitions, developments, and dispositions.
Originally from Sydney, Australia, Geoff moved to Detroit in 2015 to join Larc Community Development Group. Since that time, he has been involved in real estate transactions valued at over $32 million.
Geoff received his Bachelor of Commerce with a major in accounting from Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia. He also holds a Michigan real estate salesperson license.
