Geoffrey Moody specializes in development site land parcels, mix-use properties, and value-add commercial structures in the southeast Pennsylvania region. Moody’s knowledge and expertise of the market have allowed him to consistently deliver superior service and results for clients.
Prior to joining Keller Williams Commercial, Moody worked as a commercial real estate investment associate broker at Marcus & Millichap in Philadelphia, where he helped clients buy and sell commercial real estate investment properties. He has four years of experience working in the commercial real estate development industry in South Florida, where he is also a licensed commercial real estate salesperson. With his background in real estate development, Moody is able to provide development costs to clients, as well as provide realistic timelines to property owners on the time table to complete construction jobs. Moody is knowledgeable in the zoning approval process and obtaining zoning variances, as well as maximizing the density of multi-family developments.
He holds a B.S. in business administration from Seton Hall University; an M.S. in sports business from New York University and an M.R.E.D. in real estate development & urbanism from the University of Miami.
