George Bukawyn is an Associate in the Capital Markets Group of Cushman & Wakefield, where he works alongside DJ Johnston, Director of The Johnston Team, focusing on investment sales in Brooklyn’s Bedford-Stuyvesant, Bushwick, Crown Heights, Prospect Lefferts Gardens, and Stuyvesant Heights neighborhoods. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, George was a brokerage services intern at CBRE in Washington D.C. focusing in both landlord and tenant representation. In this role, he helped create marketing materials for the office spaces they were advertising as well as researching the Washington D.C. core markets for trends and information to give clients the most up to date market information. George also spent time tailoring tour options to represent the interest of the clients, while analyzing the quantitative and qualitative aspects of each building. George earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Sewanee: The University of the South. He was a member of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity and the Sewanee Men’s lacrosse and hockey teams.
