Bio
At 13, George got his first job taking orders at his bus driver’s pizzeria. He has always loved to work! Prior to his real estate career, he worked my way through all levels of hospitality management and restaurant operations. In southern California, he spent a decade in luxury property management, specializing in new construction lease-ups and acquisition transitions. George made a shift into private estate management as a full-time butler for several years, a job that brought me to Western North Carolina. Naturally, he fell in love with Asheville and stayed! With decades of unique and specific experience in both transactional processes and the delicate curation of luxury living, he will confidently assist you and your family at all stages of your transition. Growing up in rural New Hampshire and then living in Phoenix, San Diego, Chicago, Tijuana, Memphis, Fort Lauderdale, and Asheville, George has seen endless examples of how to “live one’s best life”. While for many of us, a life of repetitious variety and planned spontaneity are ideal, everyone is different! He has found that the key to success in almost everything is simple: listening, being 100% present, and asking questions. He loves to get to know people, hear about their lives, learn about their habits, and discover their goals and plans. These nuggets of information are what allow him to fine-tune his services to fit your specific needs, and perhaps more importantly, how to communicate with you and your family in the most efficient and effective way possible. In his spare time, George is a dedicated gardener and caretaker to a handful of pets. He has a 100-year-old cottage in Chimney Rock, where he tinkers and plays and creates beautiful things and valuable memories. He spends as much time outdoors as possible and loves the hiking, biking, and swimming his beautiful hometown affords him. He has traveled around much of the world with wide-open eyes and a loving heart and has found himself at home in Asheville. He is so grateful for the abundance of enlightening experiences and opportunities he has enjoyed and continues to enjoy!
