Bio
George Iacobelli was born and raised in New Jersey. He grew up in a close-knit Italian household with strong family values including hard work, integrity, perseverance, communication, respect, dependability, motivation, and most importantly service to others. He values education earning a Bachelor of Arts in sociology with a concentration in criminology from William Paterson University.
George found himself drawn to a career in real estate with his innate passion to help people. He thrives on providing guidance to both buyers and sellers in the marketing or purchase of property for the right price under the best terms and conditions.
He started out his career in real estate in 2014 where George became a licensed agent. In a short time he earned the assistant manager position at Weichert in West Caldwell. He developed both the business and his agents. George led his team and trained his agents to put client’s needs first. As a result of his leadership George was promoted to manager of Weichert of West Caldwell in 2018. To continue his growth in the industry George went on to earn his broker license and as a result of his efforts he was promoted to the supervising broker of Weichert West Caldwell. He and his team consistently exceeded sales and service goals. His brokerage recognized his skills and talents and as a result in 2019 he was offered and accepted the position to oversee a larger brokerage becoming assistant manager at the Weichert Wayne location.
Servicing the North Jersey suburbs, George helps determine clients' needs and financial abilities in order to propose solutions that suit them best. He consults clients on market conditions, prices, and the negotiation process. He will also perform a comparative market analysis to estimate property values. He is ambitious continually educating himself and staying on top of the latest real estate trends. George earned his real estate broker license just three years into his career.
George will be with you every step of the way. His clientele appreciates his patience and reassurance when faced with challenges and value his integrity and his professionalism. His honesty and true intention to do the right thing and be fair throughout all his transactions are key drivers to meet the needs of his clients. George gives back by educating agents and his community. He assists in various ways such as sending out market updates to keep every homeowner informed how their assets are doing with the ever-changing market. He actively engages in toy, school, and food drives.
In his spare time George enjoys spending time with friends and family. He is a huge sports fan and loves watching sporting events. He is a lifelong devoted Dallas Cowboy and New York Yankees fan. A sportsperson at heart, George frequently plays in athletic leagues and enjoys working out. When George has time to escape, he enjoys travelling to various beach locations.
