George Larimore has been involved in practically every aspect of the real estate industry. He is a recognized expert in real estate investments and structured transactions. His areas of specialization include performing project feasibility studies; accessing and monetizing development incentive programs such as rehabilitation, financing, budgeting/forecasting; and the development and implementation of turn-around plans for troubled real estate projects.
George serves on the Investment Group actively engaging in the financing, acquisition, sales, and management of commercial investment properties, as well as providing consulting services in his many areas of expertise.
Lastly, George provides skilled a professional consulting service to help companies understand what incentives may be available, structure their real estate transaction to maximize the benefit of these incentives, assist in the application process, and monetize the value of the incentives obtained.
George has been with our organization since 2001. Prior to joining Colliers, he worked for Turnstone Services Ltd. and Beene Garter-Moore Stephens, both located in Grand Rapids, MI.
