George is an experienced real estate broker with a diverse career spanning over several decades. Since November 2015, he has been serving as a Broker at Leverocks Realty, LLC in Treasure Island, Florida, where he leads a full-service real estate brokerage specializing in both residential and commercial properties along the Central West Coast of Florida. All agents at Leverocks Realty are Realtors with full access to the MLS, ensuring they are equipped to handle any client needs.
In addition to his role in real estate, George is the owner of JSGL Management, LLC, a company specializing in hospitality management, which he has been running since June 2013. He also has a long-standing history in the restaurant industry, having co-owned and served as President of Leverock's Seafood House. Under his leadership, he grew the business to 8 company-owned and 4 franchised locations before selling them in February 2000. George continues to own one location in South Pasadena, FL, where he remains actively involved.
Before founding Leverocks Realty and JSGL Management, George was a Broker-Sales Associate at Broderick & Associates, Inc. from 2001 to 2015, where he focused on sales and leasing for both commercial and residential real estate in Pinellas Park, FL. His extensive experience in both business ownership and real estate gives him a unique perspective and ability to guide his clients effectively.
