Having over forty years of experience in the residential and commercial real estate industry, George Nassif brought his extensive knowledge in property management, leasing, brokerage and consulting to Hudson Peters Commercial.
He began his real estate career with ISC Properties in 1974, and four years later became president of the management company. During his seven years as president, the company's management portfolio grew from 12 to 51 properties, which included approximately 5,000 multi-family units and 250,000 square feet of retail and office space.
After ISC Properties, George joined Paris Savings and Loan as chief operating officer of the Real Estate Division in 1985. George went on to create and be president of Brennan & Nassif, a Dallas based real estate management and brokerage company from 1988 through 1990. While there, he specialized in the management and sales of REO properties for the RTC and FDIC. He was also the founder of Majestic Realty Services.
Throughout his career George has been responsible for the management of over 300 properties which include more than 15,000 multi-family units and over 10,000,000 square feet of commercial space, and for the sale of hundreds of commercial and multi-family properties.
