President of Twill Realty LLC. Responsible for the management and operations of the company’s commercial real estate business, which includes agency real estate, tenant representatation, acquisitions and sales, advisory services and strategic corporate planning. Prior to the formation of Twill Realty, Mr. Twill was President of Credit Suisse First Boston Realty Corp. (formerly DLJ Realty Services, Inc.) responsible for the management and operations of seven regional offices and its New York headquarters overseeing a staff of over fifty brokers. Represented Credit Suisse First Boston on its commercial office space both domestically and internationally including a 1.2 million square foot lease assignment to JP Morgan Chase at 277 Park Avenue, New York, and a 1.4 million square foot lease for Credit Suisse First Boston at 1 Madison Avenue, New York from Metlife. Prior to Credit Suisse First Boston’s acquisition of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, Inc., Mr. Twill was President of DLJ Realty Services, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of DLJ, responsible for its commercial office leasing both domestically and internationally. Advised Investment Banking's Merchant Banking Group on the valuation, disposition and repositioning of the owned and leased real estate assets of their portfolio companies. Represented Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette Securities Corp. on the relocation of its world headquarters from 140 Broadway, New York to 1.2 million square feet of office space at 277 Park Avenue, New York. Post acquisition, Mr. Twill coordinated the seamless integration of D LJ Realty Services business and staff to Credit Suisse First Boston Realty Corp. Prior to joining DLJ Realty Services, Mr. Twill was Vice President and Director of Finance for The Rouse Company in Columbia, Maryland. He was responsible for cash management operations, the short term investment portfolio, and involved in the development and leasing of the company’s urban marketplace projects and regional shopping centers. He was also involved in the securitization of construction loans and long term take out mortgages for the company’s projects. Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from Seton Hall University.
