George West is a Commercial Real Estate Broker involved in the leasing and sale of office buildings, industrial (warehouse) buildings, retail buildings, and land throughout the metropolitan Atlanta market. He has represented Tenants, Landlords, Buyers, and Sellers throughout the metropolitan Atlanta area. Also, he has prepared Broker Opinion of Values or BPOs, also known as Brokers Pricing Opinion or BPOs and is available for providing property management services related to landlord leasing assignments.
West brings an impressive background in real estate and finance with expertise in management of institutional owned properties. He is especially adept at providing clients with timely reporting as well as expert analysis of potential real estate transactions. Prior to becoming a commercial agent, he worked at Faison & Associates, where he worked in Savannah as the Property Accountant for Savannah Mall, a property owned by Teacher’s Insurance. Later, he served as the Senior Property Manager for Metropolitan Life Insurance’s strip shopping center portfolio in Georgia and Alabama. Before joining Faison, West held financial positions at KPMG and Savannah Foods & Industries as an accountant.
A graduate of Atlanta’s Westminster Schools and Washington & Lee University in Lexington, Va., West holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a member of The Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, The Georgia Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants.
