A full time Cape Cod resident since 1968. I have seen the Cape change from a small sleepy community to a highly populated resort and retirement center. My love for the Cape began over fifty years ago when my parents brought our family here for vacation from Arlington,MA. We vacationed in Cotuit to South Dennis before my parents bought property in Harwich. Licensed Real Estate Broker since 1970 and selling property part time while working for the local electric company. I watched the Cape grow while leaarning the different areas from the Canal to Provincetown. In 1998 we sold our home in Brewster and built in Yarmouth Port. Retiring from Nstar Electric in March of 2004,I immediately started full time with Coldwell Banker JMW Realty at their Yarmouth Port office. Joined the Local Board of Realtors,MA Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. I enjoy working with both buyers and sellers on residential and commercial transactions. Completed the ABR, Accredited Buyers Representative,E-Pro Designation, GRI, Graduate Realtor Institute Designation ,SRS Sellers Representative Specialist and Graduated from the Floyd Wickman S.M.A.R.T. Program.
