Bio
Gerald has been a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker since 2001. He specializes in the sale of land for residential and commercial developments. Some of the his sales include Marbella Lakes in 2004 for $29,000,000, Marbella Isles in 2014 for $24,000,000 and several other smaller parcels in the Naples and Fort Myers. His knowledge of available land in the area and the rezoning process has proven invaluable to his customers. He also has been a member of the Collier Code Enforcement Board since 2002 and served several years as chair and vice chair of the Board. Prior to moving to Florida, Gerald lived in Connecticut and worked in equipment lending and tech fields.
