Jerry Sullivan, a 32+ year veteran in Chicago commercial/industrial real estate industry. Jerry joined PW Commercial Real Estate in 1992 as an associate member and today his is a Principal of the firm.
Mr. Sullivan prides himself on providing his clients with professional, unbiased advice throughout his career and his primary area of focus is within the I-55/I-80 Corridors. Jerry has completed over 20 million square feet of transactions in his career and has twice been recognized by his peers by being a finalist in the prestigious Industrial Transaction of the Year Award by the Chicago Chapter of NAIOP.
