Gerard Bisignano specializes in the sale of Luxury and Architectural homes. He is a Partner with Vista Sotheby's with offices in Palos Verdes and the Beach Cities. He is a lifelong resident of the South Bay Coastal Communities. He has been representing extraordinary homes all over Southern California for over 30 years and his client's homes have been featured in publications like The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, The Robb Report, Architectural Digest, NY Times, LA Times, Dwell, and other publications around the world. His sales have set numerous price records including the communities of Manhattan Beach, Rolling Hills, the Palos Verdes Peninsula, and Belmont Heights. Gerard established a record by representing both buyer and seller in the highest sale ever recorded in Manhattan Beach with the sale of a magnificent Ray Kappe-designed Strand home. Gerard also listed and marketed one of the country’s most famous architectural masterpieces, Richard Neutra's "Kaufmann Desert House" in Palm Springs. In addition to representing several Neutra homes, he has represented homes designed by other architectural experts such as Thom Mayne, Pierre Koenig, Richard Landry, Edward Carson Beal, Paul Revere Williams and more. Gerard has been a featured lecturer for the marketing of luxury and architectural homes and has appeared on numerous real estate TV shows. He has been featured as an expert in the marketing of luxury and architectural homes in newspaper articles, TV, and radio. He was the "expert" co-host of a radio series called Architectural Los Angeles on KEIB at 1150 am. Gerard has collaborated with professional athletes, Chief Executives of Fortune 500 companies, celebrities and international businesspeople. He served 8 years on the Redondo Beach city council and has his Undergraduate Degree and M.B.A. from Loyola Marymount University. He is currently teaching a seminar in the Real Estate Certificate Program on the Southern California Luxury Residential Market and Architectural Influences on the Art, Culture and Lifestyle of Southern California. Gerard has great passion for both Architecture and Photography. Gerard has been married for 30 years and lives in the community with his wife Angela. Their son David recently graduated from USC with a degree in Real Estate and Development and is an industrial real estate broker.
